I've started to really hate this web-site

All this new and exciting news is making we want to grab my rifles and head for the hills
 
How about getting in touch with your MP, the PM or others to pressure them on the issue instead of running to the hills?

Do you honestly think that politicians feel pressure from ordinary concerned citizens?

You guys are so blind. While the CPC pretends to do away with the registry in one breath, they're assisting in doing away with mag-fed rifle and pistol ownership in the shadows. The fight is lost unfortunately. In fact, there never was a fight. We now have two choices; comply, or deny.

Lets stop writing meaningless letters begging and pleading, and start indicating that these weapons cannot simply be handed over. Lets tell, not ask. Grow a ####ing pair Canada. Do you guys think this #### would fly in the US? Stand up. Lets unite and say no. There's more of us than them.

I remember the days when Ar's were unrestricted. Just because a bunch of ####ing idiots have been in charge for the last 30 to 45 years, doesn't mean we turn tail. Fight these mother####ers. cause if we lose this fight, we'll be losing another one shortly after. And that one will really hurt.

I agree with SD, you fail.... HARD.

Harassing politicians is exactly what we need to be doing. Not by letters, though.... preferably via a swift kick in the danglies.
 
Every GNR'er should call and order a AR lower. The more owners the harder it would be to justify the cost of taking them.
 
Easy, as someone mentioned in another thread: "destroy" the receiver and make them come looking for it. If 30,000 people did that with their restricteds, they would not dare pursuing such a bureaucratic clusterf**k.

Yes, but if you say "come and take it" they will come to your house with a dog? No? Can dogs smell unfired guns?

For the first time I agree with Strangeday. It's harassment letter writing that kicks our politicians in the ass to inform them that we are here, we are aware, and we are strong.

Griffoneur backed up strangeday's claim saying that it was indeed a reliable source. Normally strangeday doesn't back up #### because he doesn't want to give up his informant. As much as I wanted to not believe that before, it appears that he is on to something.

Letter writing is the most important right now.

You don't tell them to "come and take it", you call the cfc and say here's my number....those guns you see on the computer that I own....they're nothing but barrels and stocks. The receivers have been destroyed.
