Just bought a ramline stock for an 870 reciever and the foreend seems to catch when I #### it back?? Any suggestions? Also, when I put my barrel on the reciever, the round loop that the magazine goes through doesnt seem to slide all the way over the threads making it impossible for me to get the mag cap all the way on so that it clicks into place....anyone run into this problem??

You have to have the bolt cocked about half way for the barrel to go on properly.

Might have to sand a bit off the forearm to get it moving freely.

Nonus is correct.

As for the forend catching, at what point does it catch? Once the barrel is properly attached, cycle the action and see at what point it catches. Also make sure the forend is centred and the gap on both side of the mag tube is even.
