Who has the worst customer service?

LeBarons. never spent a dime after doing business a few years ago.

Want to be Happy call Frontier or Epps. ps also Higginson.

The ONLY place with worse customer service than the Wholesale sports gun counter in Calgary is the waiting room at a hospital.

LOL....yeah the 6 hour wait can be a tad much. Especially when certain individuals get bumped up in the queue even though they aren't as sick as you are. (Yes, I know that serious cases are "supposed" to be dealt with first, but I'm sure I'm not the only one who has seen someone get treated first just because of who/what they are.)

LeBaron, nuff said. Between being told that civilians have no use for hollowpoints, that I needed to show them a PAL to buy reloading components and the clerk flat out insulting the .280 I was buying the components for, not to mention not being able to mail me a choke tube because it was under 35$, Lebaron frigging Sucks.

Bass pro in Vaughn, Ont.
Who do these chuckleheads think they are?
Judging by their attitudes you'd think they firearm experts.
I think they know squat. And they never have anything in stock that is on sale....

This is funny to read ,because I get treated well at all of them, especially TSE, might it have something to do with attitude.

I'm just getting back into shooting/hunting now that I'e retired so I haven't found 'my store' yet. All these horor stories, so, turn it around, where can I go to get good service? Epps, P&D , Prophet River?

Wait times longer than the Wholesale Sports gun counter. On the bright side they don't make you take a number.

haha , I went to wss in Edmonton and didn't know about the number thing. suffice to say I stood there for 5 minutes staring at the 5 guys behind the desk ignoring me. If I knew another gun store in Edmonton I would have left but I eventually figured out the number card and was then helped.

Costco

I figure if I have to pay BEFORE I even go in your store I'm not going in! I was a member years ago, and used to ##### every year when I paid the fee, but then Super store and another option came about.

At a sports store here in PG, I had some clown in cammo pants ask me what size of 9mm I wanted. Weird, but I responded that I wanted 9x19. He said they didn't have it.....all they had was 9mm Luger! Great, I`ll take it.......unless you have 9x19 Parabellum......The guy didn't get it though, and proceeded to ask me what grain I needed as if he`d catch me not knowing...which I didn't care because it was unlikely they had any other ammo (I was right). To top it off he sneers at the cashier to check my Pal carefully. Now that's customer service! It`s nice to know the little guys can be dicks too!

Oh the shooting edge, what a place. Between the mall ninjas that showed up wanting to "touch a glock", and the clowns behind the counter with their empty leg holsters (maybe someone can explain to me why they wear them) cooing over a broad that showed up, all while ignoring me when I was blatantly standing at the front of the counter, prepared to drop a whole pile of money on ammo...

I took my business elsewhere. I thought Wholesale was bad, but after going there, it only affirms my belief that mall ninjas are about as smart as a hoover vacuum cleaner.

...Empty leg holsters....

I usually wear my legs all the time... Ah, but they are full, not empty.
