CZ 858 Stovepipe help

My CZ 858 stovepipes quite often, every 20-30 rounds or so. Any ideas as to what I can do. I had 3 different shooters on it today and no one could figure it out.

is the extractor busted?

Break down your bolt and check your extractor spring. Also make sure that the ejector isn't somehow ghey'd up.

Everything seems to as it should be. Clean, unbroken and lubed.

how bout the piston rod is it damaged or bent
check the gas port holes also as they may be fouled and not cycleing the action hard enough
