Try Frontier. They appear to have a couple left...
Tradex appears to be out of SVT 40s, but P&S Guns and Militaria has them for $450 right now. Their website is www.psmilitaria.50meg.com
Hopefully if you get one from Frontier it arrives without a crack in the stock. Mine had a nice fresh crack courtesy of the Canada Post apes and a so-so packing job.
Yes but in my experience you can be certain when you buy a "Very good" condition item from them it will be right on the money or better. P&S rate their products very well and are worth the money.

well i had a look at an SVT 40 today at milarm .
the guy said they were all unfired and in unissued condition and consequenly $550
hmm let me think about this , although clean and crisp , im not convinced that a 1941 svt 40 would have been put into storage untill its sold to the west like 65 years later . considering the Nazi hoards were knocking at the door . this particular one must have been damaged in storage as there was a stock repair .
i passed on this one .
