Up to a year???That would suck!!But a scope that dosn't work is useless anyways I guess.Do I include a money order with the scope so they can ship the scope back or do I pay for shipping after they fix it?Thanx.

re; eg6ajk

you might also want to include.... be prepared to wait up to a year to have the scope returned..... just wonderful customer service!

I purchased a Tasco (Bushnell owns them now) just for gunbag while back. About 6 months of range time, it simply fell apart internally. Being in the GTA region I stopped by the depot, where within 5min I had a brand new Tasco scope no questions asked.
But if one my Elite models fails, I pretty sure its not a simple exchange but will report if that happens.

I`ve had no problems with their warranty service a little slow but if you keep after them its no big deal .i had a simmons 6.5x 20x 40 target scope i had for about 10 years and bushnell took over them they said pick out the model closet to the specs of the old one ,so i told them i wanted the 6x21x44 side focus ,target turrent mil-dot and after about 4weeks got it in the mail no question asked.
