Contrary to what you read here not all bullets are the same.
If you load for the fail-safe the same as common lead bullets you could run into over-pressure issues on your first attempts. These are a VERY hard bullet and are very resistant to being started into the rifling. Nosler #5 has all the data you will need to SAFELY load these bullet.
If we knew WHICH 30 calibre cartridge you were loading for I am pretty sure someone could provide you with the proper data.
excellent finish on those, Alox mix I think, I would as mentioned, bullet weight, the hollow point does make a bit of change from sp, but pressure will be lighter than a normal copper jacket.
