CDN$4,729.64 (telescopic stock incl.) shipped. That included a CDN$120.00 credit card cost recovery charge. I think Questar brought in 10 or so. I'm not sure if they're bringing in anymore. I believe you have to sign a U.S. end user certificate that prohibits resale as well. So I don't think you'll find many (if any) on the E.E.. So yeah, NIB, they're pretty rare.

I have my personal gun up for sale on the auction site... not sure if I'm allowed to mention the name of the site (?).
It was one of the 10 guns that came into Canada... still in the case, just factory test fired.
Current bid is $4,000 with no reserve... someone's going to get a very unusual and quite rare gun

Actually I thought the "bargain" was the guy who is high bid on my Glock 22 mag... for $10.00 I think he's getting a "steal"... surprised no-one has outbid him but what the heck... sold the PMAG for $36.00

What is so special about the Diablo upper?
If I had the cash, I'd be getting the Diablo upper, AND the SR15.

The Diablo Upper is Primary Weapons Systems’ answer to the 7” AR-15/M-16 series upper. Rather than simply bolting on an existing product and calling it revolutionary, PWS stepped back and designed a system from the ground up to work specifically with the extreme pressures of the 7” barrels.
We started with the barrel and after careful research decided on a 7” (not 7.5”) stainless steel polygonal bore barrel with a 1:8 twist. A match bolt carrier assembly is housed inside of a MUR-1 (mil-spec) upper receiver with a billet machined charging handle. Low profile quad rails give the most possible room for accessories and XTM rail covers from Magpul are included for when the picatinny rails are not in use.
The Diablo upper utilizes a long stroke piston system for additional dwell time and smooth recoil. The system is rounded out with the new CQB comp from PWS - a comp designed for short barrels that compensates, suppresses flash and directs all the blast forward.
