Need some .223 Rem Min and Max Help.

The Hodgdon Reloading Data page does not have the following data I am looking for.
I have 2 types of powders and would like to know the Min and Max reloading data for the following:

Projectile: 55gr Hornady FMJ BT
Powder: Hodgdon Varget
Min:
Max:

Projectile: 55gr Hornady FMJ BT

Powder: IMR 4198
Min:
Max:

Use the 55 grain SP data. Load for the bullet weight. Who made the bullet or its construction doesn't matter. Don't worry about a compressed load either.
"...yes I should buy a reloading manual..." Look into the Lyman book. Not cheap(the 48th Edition was $50 when I looked at it), but it's very versatile. It has more loads using more powders and bullet weights than any bullet or powder maker's book. Those books are ok, but they only give data for their products.
 
I bought the Lyman for $32.95 last month (paper back?). It has a lot of data.

Its always nice to get real experience from you guys on here to supplement the books though.
