Welcome. I don't shoot as much as collect. This site has some really good stuff on it for any part of the shooting world. I've never done any fast draw work. I'm old and when I was a kid milk was delivered by the dairy to the home. One day our milkman showed up in a big foot cast. When I asked him about it, he said he'd shot himself practicing his fast draw. I developed an aversion to the idea of doing fast draw after that. Watch your toesies.

There is no danger in fast draw if u're responsable. Safety's first no matter what. Plus, in fast draw never use live ammo. NEVER EVER !
Fast draw is shooting wax and blanks ONLY. Plus, the holsters have a deflector plate in case the gun is fired while in the holster.
You shouldn't misjudge just because someone alse went wrong. I don't want to teach you lessons, just my 2 cents oppinion.

Fast draw is fun, skils and smoke. Is so awesome. CAS is also beautiful and as IPSC a lot of action.
I'm actually a single action revolver addict.

So, where does one practice fast draw in Montreal? I think it is something I would like to try at least once.
