For my part, what I thing will go fast is a short barreled bolt action in 9mm or .45 or even in .40. Just like the the short .22 you advertise last year. A 27 inches long rifle with the shortest barrel possible. I think this will sell like hot cake.

If the barrel is mated to an action that is not semi-automatic, OAL is what matters. In terms of 7.62x25, it would be a bonafide PITA to feed rimless cartridges through a tube magazine or wrap a lever action (that would have to be basically made from scratch) around a Tokarev magazine. Now, a bolt action rifle in 7.62x25, 9X19 or .45 ACP would be all kinds of awesome or even just something non-restricted that takes 1911 mags

Sadly rimless cartridges don't like levers and vice versa.
A cheap .38/.357 lever carbine would be kickass.

Thats just a .22

A 9mm, .40, 10mm, 45ACP bolt action rifle would be perfect, same length as that .22

What about a pump action? it's faster then a bolt or lever.

But a self loader would be best of all.

Le Pelican: Thanks for providing the link to the firearm you were talking about so here it is for those who didnt clink the link!

a semi auto pistol caliber built like the guy above us (not a big fan of bolt action) I would buy in a heart beat if it were non-restricted! It would make a fun plinking gun + those hd guys could tatical it in some neat ways! I would purchase it if it was restricted, if the price was right. The 9mm ar's seem to be a HUGE hit right I would buy one if I had 2,000 to drop so the next best thing would be a semi auto hunting rifle like above, with a super short barrel, magazine etc would be a great thing for the guys like me who want a pistol caliber semi auto but dont want to drop to much money.
