BCRA Provincial SR Championships.

You guys did well for your first kick at the cat!The guys I'm talking about are the military guys i've been working on for the last few years.

I was just being a smart ass.

I'm going to find a riser for my scope, do some work on figuring out my zeroes and I'll be back. It was a long fakkin day though!

Well after doing the matches I realize that I in fact have become a "fat bastard"...maybe not in actual appearance, but certainly in fitness level......

Great weekend to try out some new skills... Now if I could just get my equipment sorted out to see what the XCR could really do out at 500! Where have the results been posted?

I hate getting beat down on match 12 by Fat guys!

LOL... sucks don't it :D Maybe you need to bulk up a bit, more weight in the keel helps keep the ship steady in a heaving sea ;)

Kidding aside... I've really got to dump some ballast and see what I can do with out the extra tonnage. I want to break the 550 mark (and I don't mean pounds)... 547 is my best score to date. I blew the run downs this time though and had 517 at the end, missed 5 shots off of the targets between the three run downs. I wonder how many 300+lb service rifle shooters there are?

Well we do have disabled service rifle shooters here in Ontario. tiriaq does the rundowns even after his double heart bypass. I shot a 32.2V at Amiens Range a week ago and I've got 2 hip replacements!

We love this game!!

Yep... I'd been riding my bike to work alot that spring. I've been riding and swimming a bit this spring but not as much as I did in 2007. Last spring I would have been good but I was hiking the west coast trial insted of doing the shoot. I'm on a crash course to get in better shape for the tac shoot in 2.5 weeks right now. Longer term goal is to break 550 in the next couple of years, that and feel like I'm not having a stroke after match 12 ;)

Sprinting in the team matches... once per match is enough for me at this point. Doing 20km on the bike today, tomorrow, and friday as part of the enviro nazi commuter challenge at work this week.
