I have a Broom handled mauser Pistola in 7.63 mauser wheres the best place to buy brass bullets ect in Canada or the USA prefer Canadian dealer tho.
I asume Lee make dias ?
Any bullets that are favorites.
Any other broom handled mauser Reloaders or do most buy factory ammo?

Elwood Epps in Ontario had factory ammo a few years ago. I'd check with them, I don't think there's a lot of folks actually shooting these pistols, good luck.

I've gathered a couple of hundred rounds over the years for mine.

DO NOT SHOOT the 7.62x25mm Tokarev ammo.

It will fit/and feed, but if you fire it, you might end up with a bolt coming out the rear of the gun into your face.

(Heard a story of it happening.)

It's ammo that's designed for the PPSH series of SMG's.

Pressures are too high for the C-96's.

She is a beauty. Has anyone considered, pulling the 7.62x25 tork ammo apart and dumping the powder and adding their own?

Is FIOCCHI C96 Mauser 7.62 x 25 ammo the same? This place has some, scroll down to the bottom of the page:

If you must shoot your C96, replace the springs in it first. Not just the main spring, either; I have read that half the recoil is taken up by the hammer spring and it, too must be replaced.

An American shooter named Clark Magnusson tried overloading his: as I remember, it could just handle regular Tokarev ammo but fell apart under hot loads. A Czech CZ52 (?) exploded even with factory loads while a Tokarev proved indestructible.

Clark is a frequent poster in the newsgroup rec.guns and is forever overloading guns to find their limits. Neat hobby if you can afford it.

Everything seems good.
I ordered 500 Rds of Starline brass Today and am trying to buy that Box of ammo from CanAm.
