It's a bit heavy. You can fire it with one hand, but it's more comfortable to support it with your left hand under the fore grip or by using the tripod.
Definitely NOT for the limp wristed.

Yup...it'll fit 5, 10, 20, 25, 30 or 50 rounders if you want.
