And why would that be? I don't own it, I didn't even make it. I randomly found the pictures on Google Image while searching "mosin nagant". From what I gathered some guy down in the US made it.

When I took my course for the PAL the instructor told us a lot of hunters after the war were doing this for a "bear gun", it was loud, it shot a big flame and it could pack a whallop. Who knows how accurate it was or what kind of velocity it was getting, though.
