They're all out getting fixed...

Pretty well guaranteed not to have ANY problems with the Sako/Leupold. The Kimber is a gamble. Easy choice for me...:)

No where near as many in circulation in Canada as Sakos.

The thing to really keep in mind (I'm a Sako lover BTW) is a Kimber Montana is a very specialized truly lightweight rifle while the Finnlight is a "kind of light" rifle.

To me 7.5 lbs all dressed is nice, but 6 lbs all in is really light. They are truly different animals.

I've never even *seen* a Kimber, but I played with a Sako at Sail/Baron here in the 514 yesterday. have nowhere near that kind of money to throw at the rifle purchase I'm getting into, but I just had to try it out anyway.

The result? If I *had* that kind of money, I'd spend it. The rifle had a really nice mix of great feel and cool features.
