Okay, so I did my PAL and RPAL test (challenged the course, just did the tests) and passed. I was then given the application and the paper for my photo and told that the test results would be mailed to me within two weeks. I send a photo copy of the test results in with my application and photo and wait the 28 days to hear back.

Here's my problem. Tomorrow will be three weeks exactly since I took and passed the written and practical tests for my PAL and RPAL and I STILL haven't received any test results or a certificate or anything saying I've passed..

Anyone else wait this long?

No, you misread my post or my post was too confusing. I haven't sent in my application yet as I haven't even had my test results or my test certificate mailed to me yet!!

THAT'S my problem
 
I`m not sure about other provinces, but in Manitoba(or at least in my case)you write your PAL/RPAL test and get your results right away after the instructor marks them.He then gives you a copy and you`re good to go.Why don`t they give you a copy right there and then ?

My Certificates for the CFSC and CRFSC were three weeks, one plus a day, one minus a day. Add in someone calling in sick, a holiday weekend etc - you're still in the standard realm of things...

If it does not show up by the end of the 4th week, I would call the CFO's office at their (705) number - be polite and extra friendly and they should be able to help.
 
I just don't know if I should call the CFO or the firearms instructor who i did my test with?

I'll give it one more week I guess. I just want to get this done as quick as possible because I have a job application I can't send in until I get my RPAL in my hands! God damn
 
my test took just over 3 weeks to get back. i thought i had gotten my license yesterday but i was in such a rush to get it out my dumb ass forgot to sign something :(
