barrel looks wierd so long its like a midget with an 18 inch shlong, something just not right, not that I prefer my midgets with smaller shlongs etc etc

If you can:
1) Find a parts kit in canada
2) Manufacture a NEW receiver, no rewelds
3) Have the design approved by RCMP / CFC

I'm probably missing a couple steps, appreciated if any others would chime in.

We got stens, mg34's, 1919a4's, m2hb's (?), mp38's, mp44's, etc... I don't see why we couldn't technically get the ppsh41 either.

The same gun under a different name was sold here in the 80s. I had one. PPS 50. Was made in italy. Pietta still makes it:

That Pietta looks alot like the Puma version

The Pietta .22 has much more in common with the PPD than the PPSh.
They are quite nicely made.

I think its because the Puma is a Pietta. On the Puma webpage http://www.legacysports.com/products/puma/puma_22LR.html it says "Puma Rifles Made in Italy by Pietta"

It's a sweet looking little rifle, not a ppsh41 but nice non the less.

Pietta was recalled in the mid-90's due to their ease of FA convertability-doubt that any more will be approved for import

When I has part of National Guards in East Europe I received this rifle for personal training,is a very ugly gun.
