i'm looking for a supply of cheap pistol bullets. don't need nothing fancy. just jacketed bullets in bulk. .308-.309 caliber. thanks

I was searching for jacketed bullets that would fit my Tok and the only thing I could find was Hornady 90gr xtp's, and they were in short supply and pricey. Ended up using cast 96gr that feed better than I thought they would.

i don't know much about cast bullets but doesn't the tok kinda send them out a little fast for a non-jacketed bullet?

Cast bullets work fine for handgun velocities (including Tokarevs and magnum revolvers) so long as they are hard cast and are correctly sized.

The main cause of leading with cast bullets is gas cutting from undersized bullets. Bullets that are too soft for the intended velocity can also cause excessive leading.

Yep, with the right alloy and properly sized bullets for your particular barrel you can go significantly higher than Tokarev velocities.

M.T. Chambers makes cast bullets for the various .30 cal pistols, quite a variety, the key, as others have suggested above, is proper bullet fit. These .30s can be supplied in .309,.310,.311,.312,.313,.314,.316", just to show the wide variation in bore dias.

Yup, couldn't get it updated, and found that old listings of molds was more confusing to customers then no listing, anyhow, well over 100 bullet designs!!
