Crappy Tire benches are on sale again

they cant seem to sell em!
have you seen these crappy 1'' flimsy legs?
the only aspect you want in a reloading bench is stability, clearly not what these legs offer me in the LONG run.

You have to mount them to the wall and then they're golden! The ones they have on sale right now actually have sheet metal on the table top. They never used to. I use one as a work bench and have a vice mounted on it. Works great. For reloading I just have a big steel desk. The key to making anything work good for reloading is mounting it to the wall. If you can't you need a real heavy duty bench to comfortably reload.
 
My bench isn't mounted to a wall, but its build out of 2x4's and OSB (for now) sheeting. Really solid, only cost me about $35 to build as well. :p
 
And the LED Calipres are back on the flier for $15.00. Those flyers should be called circulars . . . if you missed something they will come back in 3 months

You can make a real solid bench out of 2x4s without mounting it to the wall. Seen lots of plans but when I passed by a big steel office desk in the garbage I opted for that. LOL I raised the legs so I can reload standing and mounted the whole desk to the wall.
 
actually my bench isnt mounted to the wall either, but it has 4 4x4 legs and 2 1'' legs.
made this out of lumber for under 40$
surface is a 2x4 laminate over an inch thick HDF board
