It's cured over time 2-3 weeks, durabake is the stuff you bake.

, then let it soak in G96 for about 1/2 hour.

How exactly did you go about this? Did you soak the entire thing? Afterward, what did you use to lubricate?

I just hose it down with the stuff, then let it sit for a half hour before wiping off the excess. The residue of the G96 is all the lubricant you need, although for good measure I do add a little gun oil to the slide, link, and locking lugs.
