This is still where it belongs no ? My Yugoslavian M70 underfolder . Untouched from the factory and will remain so. I love commie rifles.
Cheers !
The day I bought it :

The thing is obnoxious with the way it ejects shells - you can see one here upper right , and the next one could be 20' behind you . Needs a screen at the range ...

Welcome aboard! Nice rifle! Should be tons of fun to shoot...so, are you a dual citizen, or living in Utah for work? All that desert/salt flats sure is a change from what we normally see up North, eh?:)

Thanks eh - It's one of my favorites to shoot and cheap to feed. Where I am in Northern Utah there are lots of mountains mixed in with the desert , so the mix of terrain is killer . Here is where I was last weekend :

Very fortunate and thankful to be here . I'm here with my business , permanently...

Very nice AK, you should restore it back to its default furniture.

That is the default furniture ( well for mine anyway ) from the factory . I got in a bit late with the Yugos and got the black poly grip / handguard . There is a company called ironwood I think that does sell the wood HG / grips for the Yugos but I'm keeping this one the way I bought it new .

I'm looking for a piece of crap beat up WASR which will have the wood stock and HG , but waiting until the Obama price madness creeps back down to reality . $399.00 WASRs were going for around $800-$900 for the last little while.

Interesting how they get around 922R. They must either build the receivers and barrels in the US, or bring them in as sporting guns and convert them to non-sporting.

US barrel = 1
US receiver = 1
US FCG = 3 parts

And there you go ...
