Can't please everyone Mark. People are paying $180 plus for Troy and are not complaining.

The current price is $165 + tax/shipping for the TROY rear sight, and that is on par with current exchange rates.

My answer would be biased but then why not I do sell TROY products in Canada, it is the finest folding sight money can buy with the best customer support.

Lets get back on topic... as well I'm in a build right now and this is a subject I need to cover. I'm building as the money comes in so for me it's a bit of a budget biuld untill I can afford to drop $500 for optics. so to get me out & shooting back up sights will be on the gun first.

As for a front sights not sure what to get it will be flip-ups I'm sure, I have a Stag 3H upper. I like the fiber optics pin sights not sure if Amber or Green would be better. any thoughts?

I like the TROY BUIS they are 100% .. although an FDE set would be 110%

I have an MI rail (only one available for me at the time in this country) and I have heard that their BUIS is goog, but TROY are tops ...

As for Questar ... kudos to you for taking on the legal paperwork and crap to bring stuff into CANADA (Canadians just whine too much .. its in our nature .. Waaahhh my expensive US made gear is too expensive.. blah blah blah) ..

Mark, I don't think anyone here is accusing you of price gouging. US dealers are able to undercut your pricing for the reasons you cited and that is no one's fault, it's just the way things are. Frankly I'd rather buy in Canada even if it is more expensive because I seem to be on some sort of watch list where every goddamn parcel I get out of the US arrives two weeks late with CBSA tape all over it.

X2!! I would rather pay a bit more and get items I want from a Canadian dealer and not have to deal with exchange,CBSA,uptight U.S. export rules,customs brokerage fees...yadayadayada. All most of the people on this site want to do is punch holes in paper. Ain't hurtin' nobody.
