Hi Folks,

What would be available, subject:

- New
- 12 Guage
- Break action
- Longer barrel
- I/C chokes (Maybe)

And Won't break the bank? Looking for something like my backpacker, except with a longer barrel, that is well priced, reliable, and fun to use breaking clays at the farm.

Any ideas other than an old cooey?

They're certainly not 'cool' but I had a blast this past weekend with a friend, my backpacker and a box of clays.

Simple. Reliable. Cost effective. Ammo lasts a good while.

I'd think single barrel break-actions would be more popular - maybe they are and I just don't see it?

Lot's of combo's out there as well...I've got a single shot Rossi with two interchangable barrels one 12G and one .308

the are a ton of old used cooeys & others that still work great. Some 3" (lots-a-kick) most full choke, but are ideal for what u discribed. price 50-100. At 100 it had best be very good+. 20 ga & 410 are more .
