It's a basic springer and the design is being used by quite a few different manufacturers and different brands. You can google Charlie da tuna and get quite a bit on "tuning an air rifle".
Fact is, most people don't do much in terms of oiling. Anything leather could use a dab of oil to keep it supple. You could also put a few drops of Crosman Pellgun oil in the chamber hole and a little where you can see the spring underneath. The idea is just to keep it from drying out. Otherwise, unless you are going to do a tear down and go through the lengths of tuning it, just use it. In the end, the more you use it, the more it "tunes" itself.
