beretta cx4 storm rail kits

Any Beretta dealer can get. Ebay is risky as you can get dinged with duty and or brokerage. Also (FRAUD ALERT) (which is owned by ebay) is specifically and outspokenly ANTI-gun.

(FRAUD ALERT) is not anti-gun, they're based in California, hence the "hi-cap magazine" and "assault weapon" references. Can't blame them for setting up shop in a sh*tty state.

Type in the name of an assault rifle in the next (FRAUD ALERT) transaction you make. Ladt I checked, they still declined it automatically.

They have to abide by Cali state law which still includes a stupid "assault weapons" ban. You may as well blame johnone for not selling you that nice MP5k he has in stock.

You're not getting it. (FRAUD ALERT), which is owned by Ebay, very openly states on its contact page that it does not accept firearms transactions of any kind.

I tried to sell an AIRSOFT MP5 (typed in as such), and it automatically declined it, stating the transfer of funds for any firearms-related material was strictly prohibited as per their TOS.

Bullsh*t. http://www.(FRAUD ALERT).com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/use/index_frame-outside&ed=weapons

If you had an issue selling an airsoft gun you should have contacted them to correct the mistake. They allow airsoft guns and other imitation firearms, >10 cap mags, and a host of other stuff to be transferred freely. Actual firearms and certain accessories have to be bought from a pre-approved merchant. There are very few things it prohibits from sale.

All of their rules fall in-line with California firearms laws. If you have an issue with these laws you should either take it up with the Governator or ask (FRAUD ALERT) to move its operation to somewhere that doesn't suck.

If you read correctly, I stated EBAY prohibits such transactions of firearms.

(FRAUD ALERT) is nothing but their minion. Cry if you will, but it declined my transaction repeatedly, until I took out the MP5 reference and stated it just as "airsoft".

FIREARMS

You may not use (FRAUD ALERT) in the purchase or sale of any firearm unless the seller has been expressly approved by (FRAUD ALERT) as detailed below. This includes all rifles, shotguns, and handguns, whether for use in sporting, as collectibles, or curio and relic (C&R) firearms, and regardless of their present working order. Furthermore, (FRAUD ALERT) defines "firearm" consistent with the U.S. Code and, as such, prohibits frames, receivers, or any other serialized firearm components. For more information, please refer to U.S. Code Title 18, Section 921

Excuse me, but since when does (FRAUD ALERT) set the rules to whom you may sell a firearm? I believe in Canada as well as the USA, our legislators determine that, NOT some company who just so happens to be in the state that considers itself the center of the universe.

(FRAUD ALERT) also does not permit assault weapon-related parts and accessories

If you bothered to google (FRAUD ALERT) a bit in reference to gun accessories, you'd find lots of people getting in hot water for anything that isn't made out of wood (picatanny rails, pistol-grip'd aftermarket stock, high-end holo-sights).

If you can't read in-between the lines, at what most of us see as obviously as a shining sun, I can't help you, my friend. ;)

California requires individuals to go through a licensed dealer to transfer firearms, hence eBay and (FRAUD ALERT) only allowing pre-approved (ie FFL) dealer to sell firearms.

As for your airsoft transfer, did you contact them to clear it up? No? Then don't whine. They would have been more than happy to clear it for you as they allow the sale of airsoft guns freely.

As for the accessories bit, like I said, Cali still has an inane "assault weapons" law. Things like pistol grips and collapsible stocks are regulated. eBay and (FRAUD ALERT) would be in deep sh*t if they let people sell these EVIL accessories amongst themselves.

This topic has been argued a hundred times. In the end it comes down to stupid Cali law. Every single rule eBay and (FRAUD ALERT) have regarding firearms is in accordance with said stupid law.

Are they anti-gun...? No. If they were they wouldn't allow any sales of anything firearms related. As of now they fully allow the trade of everything California permits as freely as the law permits it.

Here's a ticker:

(FRAUD ALERT) and Ebay are HUGE. They are worth BILLIONS. They could actively tell Cali to go take a hike, or threaten to move, but they hide behind the clout of Cali-laws to express their opinions.

...Right. Like I said, if they were actually anti-gun they'd prohibit firearms trade altogether. Apart from their TOS (which falls perfectly within Cali law) they haven't done or said a single thing to warrant the label of "anti-gun". eBay and (FRAUD ALERT) allow all the freedoms that California allows, no less.

The bottom line is your accusation has no base whatsoever.

Ebay and (FRAUD ALERT) are anti-gun nothing to do with California

(FRAUD ALERT) may have an office in California, as well as many other places including Canada so that argument is out the window. They are expressly anti-gun, as seen in their terms of service, and other public speakings. The funds that you have in a (FRAUD ALERT) account are not even held in a US or Canadian bank, so again, not applicable.

Bullsh*t.

Wrong, they are not governed by the laws of California. Ebay is subject to the laws of California. (FRAUD ALERT) is strictly the "money end", and hold offices in other countries and the funds are all held under the authority of these other countries like the swiss and the kaman islands. The only link between ebay and (FRAUD ALERT) is that ebay bought (FRAUD ALERT) which used to be a separate entity, so now (FRAUD ALERT) is anti-gun. Any you cannot use (FRAUD ALERT) to buy a gun (even from a licensed dealer and say the "it is for a gun".

Yes they are. nuff said. and nothing to do with California.

Again, they don't need to. Ebay is international, and has nothing to do with California. There is an actual "Ebay" office here, and in many countries around the world. Their anti firearm stance is of their own choice.

I remember a few years ago buying magazines and such from Ebay. I then got an email, wish I kept it to keep all the haters away, that it was Ebay's ((FRAUD ALERT) wasn't owned by them then) policy to no longer allow the sale of anything that is a part of a firearm. They still carry accessories alright. I'm not even sure if they still allow brass (even just domestically).

Let's just say, ebay sucks, so there :p

Original poster, order it from a dealer and save yourself the pain in the arse.

Try Stoeger Canada - Beretta distributor. They'll sell direct to you, no issues. Rails, recoil buffers, recoil springs... whatever. Dealt with them twice, really positive experiences both times 1. CX4 for FS92 mag exchange - no issues and they also paid for shipping, 2. couple small parts and was not charged.
