Markings on spent .223 Remington

I have seen two posts from Tiber now. The other one was completely non-nonsensical, in fact worthy of a Darwin award imo.

What scares me / bothers me most, is that Tiber has somehow proven sufficiently capable to pass Canada's testing requirements to own a firearm. Next, you're gonna tell me he can drive too!

LC means the Lake City Ammo plant. The two numbers are the year of manufacture, and the circle with the cross in it is the NATO compliancy mark.

I was wondering if you could tell me about this 7.62 x 39 case. I am not sure about the markings on it and you seem to know your cases:

Yes, of course. That one is some South African milsurp. Looks like it's from 84. Berdan primed though, so you will need some special tooling if you want to reload it.
