They both currently registered? If not, they can't be. In that case, the only legal way to dispose of 'em is to turn 'em in. They will be destroyed.

Give your head a shake , anyone who dares to turn these in regardless of status knowing they will be destroyed doesn't deserve to be on this site or to call themselves a gun nut. No excuses. However, I am certain they are legal or they wouldn't be posted here. Just a note, if you are lucky enough to come across guns like this and you are not 100% sure about them status wise, DON'T POST PICTURES OR TELL ANY OF THE CHATTY CATHY'S ON THIS SITE!!!!

They cannot be imported into the US for civie sale.

If you are having trouble selling, registering, etc give me a call. Don't listen to people who say they must be destroyed.

Hard to believe that the Yanks can't get them. They can own working TANKS but not a couple little friendly innocent pretty firearms. And yes you are most certainly correct, you would know, for sure, THEY DON'T HAVE TO BE DESTROYED, in any case, under any circumstance.

I speak for all of us by saying don't sell those even if it means life or death

Just one edit, substitute for sell the phrase "dewat or allow to be destroyed" But I agree 100%.

Just like many others I thought, NO DONT SELL THEM! Now that I come to think of it, why would I want you to own them when they would sit in the safe all day..sell them to someone who would use them, good luck though.

No law-abiding citizen can legally use them, only cops and criminals (& citizens who have had enough of the nonsense and live far enough away as to not be under the watchful eye.).

But really they are just nice paper weights since you can't legally take them to a range to shoot them anymore. Might as well make them into dewats.

Bite your tongue, throw yourself in front of a train for such speak. (just kidding, don't get bent out of shape)

Many people don't care about "legally." You really think people aren't taking prohibited firearms into the bushes an enjoying them?

I pray you are right, that there are still people with spines. hehehehe.....

He just used this forum as an advertisement. "What are these worth"?? (Like he didn't already know)

EXACTLY. And contrary to what everyone has said, because I can't... legally... have them, they are worth far more than what he's selling them for.

PRETTY SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS. We can have people parading down the street dry humping each other, and dressed up in ways that would normally warrant a ticket, PAID for by the governments, and we can forgive loans that foreign countries owe us, but we can't have a few nice little working historically significant items for ourselves. Priorities people.

It's a tuff call. Having 12.3, 12.4, 12.5, 12.6 and a movie permit I have had people offering me the exact same stuff for anywhere from $600 to $4000. It's a buyers market. You have safe queens that only a small percentage of people can legally buy. Would I give you $2500 for an HK94 that others have offered to me for $1000, not likely, but, are there people with the right designation and money to burn? Maybe. It all depends on how much time you have to find that person. People with movie permits can purchase what you have with no problem but your big minus is that they are after the full auto versions so again your back to square one, waiting for that one individual to surface.

5 1/2 years since last post. Wow. What made you think of this post all of a sudden?

I'm pretty sure the OP has already decided what to do with these firearms. Like 5 years ago. ;)

For the love of all that's good why bring this back up? And watch--there'll be guys posting below me that won't have noticed the original posting date and will genuinely be trying to help the OP out not realizing the question was answered back when Pluto was still a planet.

It's a waste of everyone's time!

How did you even stumble upon a 5 year old thread to reply to?

Long story short, I was checking out his listings of what he had for sale and didn't realize the very last one was older than the Parthenon, again, my toddler had put my glasses in a safe place. Finally found them in the trunk of her tricycle. Sorry again.

I don't know why people get so upset when an old post is resurrected. There are new members that might like to see the pictures of those rifles and know that they do exist in Canada as they are just safe queens and will probably never see the light of day again.
