common wendy, thats a myth. how often does a legally carrying, CCW permit holder stateside go postal? what makes you think it would be any differnt here. CCW saves lives.

And ever since the Lepine affair, the bureaucrats have had a hard-on to find a way to ban the Mini-14.

It it to this day, ever present in their evil minds to ban the Mini, it hasn't happened yet due to political reasons (visible minority groups).

Then again, everything those scum sucking slugs do is with "political reasons", not in the interest of serving the people but of serving ones own interest first and foremost.
