Who sells combo guns? what makes are there? and who sells them?

I am looking for something in a 410/22 for a survival gun.

Thanks in advance.

Savage for years has made their model 24 in 22/410
also could get 22 mag abd 20gauge.
You will have to find a used one, as I don't think they
are still listed, not sure on that

Very hard to find. I have a Savage 24E 22 wmr/410. It is a good little gun but people question the 410 as a valid round for larger game with slugs.
Have you called Epps? They sometimes get them but they go very quickly.

If you can find a M6 scout, 410/22 or 410/22hornet, or 410/22mag
they are hard to come buy but are very compact and you can store the ammo in the stock.

"...Savage for years has made..." Did make. Not listed on their site.
"...410/22 for a survival gun..." How well can you shoot a .410?

I had a .22lr/20g Savage 24 growing up. Fantastic gun for hunting small stuff. .22lr/.410 wouldn't be a bad combo either. The M6 is a neat gun, hardly a shooter IMO though. Just a really compact and reliable survival tool.

Well if there hard to find then there not affordable. Where as a Baikal is $425 the lowest I have found so far.

Interesting... Anyone else make this combo gun?

I have a Savage model 24V series B that is a 30-30 with a 20 guage i do believe. i don't recall at this moment, havn't used it in a long time. I've been trying to find a value on it if anyone knows?

Any cheap or even mid priced combination gun I've ever used ( two Savage 24's, a Springfield M6, a Brno, and a Tikka) had problems with barrel regulation or basic functions.
I now have a Merkel and Krieghoff. They work very well but cost $$$. IMHO you have to be very lucky to buy a combination gun that works well, unless you spend $4000 or so.

what kind of problems did you have with your M6 scout? Mine all shoot really well once you get past the trigger pull. They are not sub 1 inch gun but suit there purpose quite well. I am very happy with mine.

I have owned a Savage 24 something (don't have it here) in .22/20ga. for over 40 years. I bought it new at a hardware in my hometown. It had a gold plated trigger. Seems to me it might be ADL?? I have never had any trouble with it. It has been my constant companion for chicken and partridge hunting for all those years. The gold is long gone off the trigger and it shows a fair bit of character for all the miles of riding in a truck with me. Heavy little bugger, but it is like an old friend to me.

my M6 would shoot OK with the .22 barrel but would not keep slugs or shot within 1' of point of aim at 20 yards. I couldn't believe how badly the barrels were regulated. It shot way low and to the left. I originally wanted it as a trapping gun to dispatch wolves and other big critters with while shooting slugs, but the accuracy with slugs was so bad it was useless for that purpose.
