Got a phone call tonight from Bill Joyce of the FBI asking for any and all who have been done wrong to fill out on the net an IC3 report. Boys he wants to move on this, are you going to or not. The man thinks he can do something but wants all the people he can get. With the big to do about this it shouldnt even be a decision, or so you all told me in PM's

In other words, everyone who go screwed should participate in a joint complaint to the feds. Then they *might* have enough evidence to lay fraud charges against Leo, IF they can prove he's a repeat offender and does this intentionally. Just make sure you have copies of all your e-mail conversations, receipts/money transfer info and other relevant stuff.

Your right and the tragic part is this guy from the FBI sounds hungry for him. Now he didnt tell me anything but when a guy like that sounds hungry and we already know hamels dirty ya really got to wonder what else he's got on him and just building, cause we wouldnt get so excited about a canuk and a few bucks, but we talk like little school boys among ourselves and this FBI fellow wont get the extra ammo he wants and hamel wont get all he deserves. but having lived in this country a while now I must say I'm notBTT to remind sellers that they do not have to accurately desrcibe firearms, make refunds or even bother sending the gun. Worse that will happen is that one guy in 10 will do anything to protect themselves or others. If your as smart as LEo generally you 'll be able to idetify the 10% who will standup for themselves way before they cause any harm. It has been years and Laughing fool is the first to do the right thing.

So why not just let Leo rip off another guy?
Typically threats are made by people who no intention of following through with any signifigant action. As soon as you levied the threat he laughed to himself and sent you to frigoffity land.
So in summary Leo is smart enough to have identified an easy 'mark' (i.e canadians). He is also resourceful enough to keep his scam going for a very long time. He is obviously savy enough to have convinced you all to part with big chunks of change. I'd say darwin favors the fruition of the hammels.
Guess it is hard to blame him really if he did'nt rip you all off you would have fell for the next crook in line.

In all honesty, I'll say again. I've found these guys that are up the chain in enforcement agencies DO NOT show emotion. Lets be honest,they cant. I find them to be the kings of poker facing. Man this guy was hungry and DID NOT hide it. Knew the hamel name. I may be WAY OUT here, but you got to wonder when a guy like that knows the name, drops the poker face and darned near shows glee, what else does he got? Come on guys just think, hamels dirty. You think he's only dirt exclusively to us? NOT. When your a certain way it shows up in many areas. Glad we don't apply that logic to the rest of the laws which make our society a community and not a jungle. If the silent masses figure they are protecting themselves by being sheep they need to read some history. Pretty arrogant to figure the USA would need thier testimony as an excuse to do anything. I don't think you look stupid, laughingfool, just because some of the others here who have been stung by Leo Hammel haven't stepped up to join your cause. I encourage you to do whatever you see as fit and I wish you luck in any action against Leo Hammel.
I dissagree with you about deleting the original thread, as it serves a purpose to warn others of Leo's ways. I battled with Leo for months. I started the original thread, I left bad feedback for fairfaxx, and I pissed Leo off. I warned everyone here that reads the original thread. I'm done, I have no more time for this and I have no intention of joining an action with the FBI against Leo. I'll take my loss and call it lesson learned.
