Machine the bore to 1.015", that way you can use a standard ball mill to make a mould, or use any standard 1" projectile with a lubed patch.
A 1" copper water pipe end-cap makes a nice powder measure, about 250 grain of BP, drill the touch-hole 1/8".

You asked how they are fired, well there is a friction primer inserted in the touch hole, it is activated by a lanard, which is attached to the top of it, the lanlard is pulled, and the fricttion primer id yanked out of its case, casuing a flame to go into the charge, they are made for civil war reenacting, check out you tube, contact a civil war aritllery group and search friction primers for cannons

Next I have to build a carrage of some kind. I'm not in a hurry so don't hold your breath.
