Holster to fit Hi-point handgun???

Does anyone know if there is an Uncle Mikes holster made to fit the hi-point pistols?? I have a .40 S & W , and I'd like to protect it like my others. Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be helpful. Thanks....I didn't want to Hi-Jack the other Hi-point thread.

What? Nobody but me owns one of these? Or everyone that does own one just doesn't have a holster for them. I hate not having a holster to protect the finish during transit. Anyhow, I'll have to call the company to see what they suggest I guess.

Try a generic nylon holster for a large pistol.

I think most people carry the hi-point tucked into their pants. Usually down the front. Or around the back if you're from Mexico.

There are lots of universal holsters available with adjustable straps. If you are looking for a fitted plastic/poly holster you may have trouble with that.

$186US MSRP. Geezuz! That, um, er, ah, fine piece of engineering will fit into any 4" or 5" Uncle Mike's holster.

I don't get how a holster protects the finish during transit. Wouldn't putting it in one of those "gun rugs" or pouches be better? If your pistols are sliding around too much during transit, sounds more like you need a better way to transport them, than to try and find holsters for them. I mean "holster wear" isn't a term I just made up...

But maybe I'm misinterpreting the original posts.
