Good deal on Burris scopes in Gatineau!

Hey guys, just wanted to give you a heads up. I was in the L'archerot for some ammo and a buddy of mine noticed that they had some Burris Fullfield II 3X9X40 with the ballistic plex reticule on sale.

I talked to the clerk and he said they had gotten a bunch of them to make scope and rifle packages. Turns out Joe everyone didn't want the Burris cause they didn't know the name or wanted a cheaper scope, so they ended up scrapping that combo promo. Hence the sale. I'm not sure if they were actually mounted on a rifle at one point or an other, but the one I examined and bought sure didn't have any scratches. There was at least one more left when I left, as they closed the shop today. For 179.99$, I just had to take one home.:rockOn:
 
Thats a good deal. I'l mention it to a buddy (fairly local to L' archerot ) who needs a scope. I can totally believe they could'nt sell the scopes for reasons given. If Canadian Tire don't sell it, it don't exist. ;)

Mind you, he probably won't take advantage of it cos he won't have heard of Burris and will think more than $100 is way too much for a scope. :D

I thought about that afterwards, but I figured I could help my fellow gunnutz with this post and respect my budget at the same time. :)
 
I called them and talked with a gentleman by the name of Dan. One of the scopes will be on its way to the Yukon today. :)

He also referred me to his two websites. Their hunting video website is pretty neat.

I guess you spoke with Daniel, the owner. He is a great guy to deal with and really passionate about hunting. I'm glad to see that you were able to get in on the deal. In case other people were wondering, were there any more left?
 
road warrior went there Thursday night he also have a great deal on bushnell 6500. at the great price. won't advertise the price, hoping he will have one left for San new riffle that i got her for her birthday.
 
Daniel,the owner of L'Archerot is a top notch hunter/guide with an excellent shop in Gatineau.

I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for hunting equipment.

His staff including his spouse are very knowledgeable in all areas of hunting from archery to firearms, etc.
