actually i suppose it depends on what you think is left handed... the answer is there is not a version that ejects casings to the left. there are left handed stocks available.
 
No, there isn't any lefty 10/22 and
chances are that it will never be.
It is too hard to do,
much harder than reversing a bolt action by the mirror method.

Lefties shooting a 10/22 are not in danger of being hit by brass.
 
my gf is left handed and she wants a semi .22 but i dont want to see her get hit in the face by flying brass

How about a nice Browning Auto-22? Empty cases are ejected from the bottom of the action... you can find a nice used one for the price of a new 10/22
