Wooo Hooo, I drew a cow moose tag for 21B in Ontario. This in conjunction with our Outifitter Bull tag puts us in pretty good shape. I haven't drawn in about ten years and was amazed when I opened the envelope as we didn't have enough for a guaranteed group size.:p

Good one Buddy!-----I have given up on Moose----last year was the first time I have not had a Moose license since I was 15 ( yes you needed a license way back then!)-----in all those years of applications I have drawn one tag----that was in 1992, so I think the MNR are ahead on this one!
I can still handle a large deer alone, but seeing as I do not have a group of friends that still hunt moose----what am I gonna do with one if I see one anyhow!
Meh!----I took 4 deer last year and the freezer is empty already so I will turn my little guy loose in area 10 this year and I will handle the beer and the gutting!-----he is eager to do the shooting.

Last year we had 2 bulls and 1 cow in WMU 5 for five of us. Only took 1 bull though.

I am wondering how a group of 15 gets shut out 2 years in a row? You guys in an area with no guaranteed group size tags?

Correct, no guaranteed group size. We only had 8 applicants last year, so that was understandable, but having the maximum and still getting nothing is a kick in the teeth... and where we hunt there are lots of moose too.
