I need new optics for my AR180. My eyesight isn't the best so I wasn't sure if something like a Holo sight would work that well for me. Any recomendations on a varialble zoom that would still work for things like the CQ fun shoots? I have a 3-9 but it sits to high to get a check weld at all.

Thanks.

Who sells them?

Found them from Qustar. $1300 a little on the steep side for me though.

Look at the CompC3 or CompML3 from the Shooting edge ($540-$650)
Meprolight MX3 from SOCOM Supply ($299)
and a good mount for the Aimpoint ($120)

So you're looking at $960-$1070 plus tax and shipping.

The nice thing is you can build it up by pieces over the year, you can also start with a cheaper red dot sight, and upgrade later if you want.

This is just based on the research I've done, and I'll probably be doing this to my AR180, should have everything by next spring.

The Millet 1-4x DMS looks like a good setup. Leupold also makes 1-4x and 1.5-5x scopes.

I agree on the DMS, for what you pay it's a real bargain, the only "issue" is that the adjustments are pretty mushy, but for 223 (pretty flat shooting) you'd hardly need them.
