The orange is a shellcracker/bear scare have 5 of them. Yes perfectly legal to own and purchase. The green is rubber slug.
The bean bag ammo was available as well as the marker bean bag ammo but at $11 and $14 each I could not justify purchaseing it with no job to support habit.

I was at Dave's Surplus and Tactical and he didn't have any of the unique 12ga ammo. Just rem 870 accessories.
