Does anyone know where to purchase Inert Ammo within Canada? I found what I was looking for Brownells but they told me it requires export license which Dept of State did not issue them. What I'm looking for is basically 5.56/ .223Rem that is inert but has the same characteristic as a live one. (And that means, Magpul dummy, and snap caps are out of pictures)

Honestly if worse comes to worse, I think I should just ask a guy to use a brand new shell reload it with sand instead of powder and use inert primer.

Where are you located, I bet for $1, pretty much anyone who reloads could do up pretty much any caliber for you.
