I was looking at buying one of the speed feeders for my Marlin 60 but hit on an easy solution this weekend. The shaft of an aluminum arrow (check shaft size) fits perfectly into my model 60 and if loading 14 rounds you can get 2 tubes out of one shaft. It works really slick and you can carry multiple tube in a cheapy quiver when gophering. Just and idea I thought I'd put out for the rest of the tube mag owners.

Thanks! I managed to get myself Spee-D-Loader h t tp://www.cabelas.com/p-0012788222343a.shtml

Wonder why they don't have it in Canada...

Which type of arrow did you use? I wanted to have something similar for my cooey 60.

Perfect timing for this thread. My Marlin 581T, boltie with tube mag, is on the way and I was thinking of a way to load the tube faster than one round at a time, and without having to count. You see, I lose focus after 5 or 6.

CGNners have the answer for everything, sometimes before I ask!:D

BTW, found this tube speedloader
