Non-restricted tactical rifles

So I guess there are no real new additions to the list?

The only other two black guns that could make the list are the Beretta CX4 Storm in 9mm, .40S&W, and .45, and the Ruger PC9 and PC4. But this would require a re-barreling by Bits-o-Pieces to convert to non-restricted. Every once in a awhile they come up on EE.

I have such a 9mm CX4. Muchos fun! :rockOn::dancingbanana:

If I'm not mistaken, there is a CX4 out there that is NoN - restricted.

Not from the factory.

The CX4 was created in light of the american AWB, and a 16" or longer barrel meant it had one less "point" against it... Sadly, 16" falls under our "restricted" category for a centerfire rifle.

So back to my question, is this a non-restricted rifle?
If so, do they make a 30 round mag for it?

It's a non-res and can take 30 round pinned AR mags.

Why pinned? Since its pump action can "we" not un-pin them?

"There is no limit to the magazine capacity for semi-automatic rim-fire long guns, or for other long guns that are not semi-automatics. "

.....And anyone know where I can buy one of these? looking for a 7615 Tactical with the knoxx stock.
