Questar hasn't had any for months (G23s that is). The barrel isn't the problem, you can legal buy one for the states to make it 106mm.
My suggestion is put a WTB ad in the EE, expect to pay about $1000 for a minty one.
G23 with the Canadian extended barrel are around. Actually I think I saw a guy wanting to trade his for a G19 on the EE last week.

If you're in the US then buy a brand new one and get a Bar-Sto or Lonewolf barrel. Then go through the hoops to bring it up.
And bring a few hundred with you!

Crud, so the G23 is banned by name, eh? I thought it may be legal if it had the correct size barrel in it. Starting to lean towards a Sig now. G23 or bust!
Actually, I owned a G23 before and I had to sell it. It was a great size so I don't really want anything bigger. Granted I've never handled a G19...
Just to clarify
Anyone can legally import a barrel from the US as long as it is 106mm in lenght. You could not import the firearm nor is it economical to have Questar import it for you unless you are going to be bringing in multiple firearms.
Most people think (CGNz excluded) that you cannot import a barrel, not true.
That price from sporteque is really good, although I'm not sure how good the barrel is.
No no. The G23 is only prohib with the stock barrel. Get the 106mm barrel and it becomes restricted.
I believe it is prohibited, like a unpinned 30rd mag. It doesn't have to be in the gun to be prohibited.
