I know that's not what you want to hear, but no, it's not smaller than the 21....If you have small hands and want a double stack .45, you really should have went with HK45. It's the slimmest double stack .45ACP period. HK intentionally reduced magazine capacity from 12 rounds (in the USP 45) down to ten to make the grip size more manageable. Perhaps you can still change your order?
