Beretta 90 two

i've got one , a bit of an impulse buy but it's a nice service pistol fits my hand nicely but i do have big mitts , some people complain about the plastic parts in it but it's never been an issue for me.

I own a M9 and a PX4 Storm both in 9mm. I tried the 90 TWO a couple of weeks from a friend at the range. My first impression is that this gun is really a "must own" for a fan of Berreta like me. Nice grip, great accuracy and the quality is outstanding.

Nice.

I bought my 90-Two new because I couldn't get an M9 at that time, and the 92Fs's were not available from the guys I checked. I wanted new.
Very good shooting in 9mm. Reliable and good looking too. Only downside is that holsters don't fit. That stupid rail and rail cover prevent any good holster fit, especially a plastic one like a Blackhawk, or a Fobus.
Ultimately I obtained an Uncle Mike's 92FS black plastic holster and carved out the bottom section to accomodate the rail.
I still like it though.....

Well thats great if the only bad news is it doesn't fit in a holster. Whats the point of even having a holster when it is carried in a locked case and only used in the range.

I've got the 90-two in 0.40S&W. I love it.

I've never had a jam or misfire. The trigger pull is pretty nice in single action mode, not fantastic though.

The holster is needed for IPSC events if you get into that.

Ive got a 90-two in .40S&W. Bought it used from Target Sports for my first handgun. Very nice gun, shoots great. 500 rnds down range so far and no issues.

A nice gun if you have larger hands. The slimmer grip is available to order though. Bought mine a few months ago and it is getting very little use, 200 rounds through it. Would consider selling it due to just way too many guns! Another impulse buy!

How much would you sell it for ? How does buying a used gun work ? I went to wholesale and they told me when you buy a handgun new you dont take it home, it goes to the cfo for bullestic testing. Used guns i take it just transfer over paperwork ? My rpal is still in progress but its completed the initial process so hopefully its not too long now.

not shocked , probably a combination of misinformation and misunderstanding , you cant leave the same day with a pistol without your att hence the cfo reference, just my .02 cents

I had mine in .40 S&W tuned by Murray Charlton, that baby is smooth now. I just did not like the DA pull either, and spent the $130 to rectify that issue. As for the grip, you do get two choices with your pistol, one on the right is the bigger version. The backstrap is just straight is the real difference, not really smaller.

Never ceases to amaze the s**t that comes from peoples mouths(ballistic test)

I swear thats what the guy said when i was asking about it. So what really happens when you buy a gun at a dealer ? What all do you need to do ? I know u need to permit to transport but can that be done at the dealer ?

When you buy a restricted firearm from a dealer, the first thing that happens is the dealer calls the Canadian Firearms Centre and initiates the transfer. All restricted transfers have to get approval form your province's Chief Firearms Officer's office and so the CFC passes the transfer off to your CFO for approval before the transfer can be completed. Depending on the province, this can be as short as a day or two (Alberta) or as long as a month or two (Quebec and to a lesser extent Ontario). Once the transfer is approved, you contact your CFO's office and they will issue you an ATT to take the gun home. And that's pretty much it.
