"...You always forget the most obvious!..." Like Levi Garrett's shell holders.
Your .270, .30-06, .308 and .45ACP use the same one. Plus one each for .303 and .300 Win Mag.
Look into an RCBS Beginner's Kit. Gives you everything you need less dies and shell holders.

Just got the Lee aniversary kit comes with everything but dies and a manual and its cheap too.

Yeah. I use Lee, so not sure about RCBS, but Lee dies come with the shell holder, so I didn't bother mentioning them.

That's a good way to start. I went that route to see if reloading was really going to be something I wanted to do. As I got more and more into it I began to upgrade items, and now use my Lee press for depriming/resizing, and an RCBS for the rest of the operation.
I load for several different calibers and have upgraded my dies to RCBS, but only because they came as part of a package of other things I bought at gun shows, etc. Lee makes perfectly suitable dies.
The only thing I strongly recommend is that you weigh each and every charge of powder because while a scoop gives you a close to exact charge it is not necessarily grain accurate and you'd be surprised at how much different one kernel of powder can change accuracy. A good balance scale is the best.
The above is just my humble opinion based on my past mistakes and successes.
