The unfortunate part is that we just do not have many stores around here that cater to hunters and shooters, so in the end, we usually have to continue to purchase from stores that are clueless about customer service just for the lack of choice.

I agree.... It's a sad state of affairs but when you don't have a choice you just have to "bite the bullet"

I have 2 local gunshops and I also know eack owner .
But when I start talking about new items or guns which I just purchased , I tell them that I got it from the CGN -EE
