After several months of development, and ordering in of very high quality barrel blanks we now can offer stainless steel match barrels. These are made from blanks from either Rock Creek or Lilja and currently we have blanks in 7 or 8 twist in both button rifled as well as 5R from Rock creek.

This 1 is a 14.5" with an SPR profile

Will post photos of the 10.5 and 11.5 M4 heavy barrels shortly.
20" HBar is being tested for accuracy, we should have results in a day or 2.
Pricing for any length and profile is $550.00.
We need a good bolt to use for headspacing or can provide a bolt if required.
We are cutting 3 chamberings, 223 Rem, 556 NATO and 223 Wilde
All are threaded for brakes and include barrel nut and low pro gas block or block/sight assembly.

Would a custom profile be cheaper or more expensive? I'm hoping asking cheaper as I would want it without the gas hole drilled or and no sight assembly.

Custom usually means custom, so you get it the way you want it, with or without gas block, sights, etc. If you opt to drill your own own gas hole and it does not cycle, that will not be our problem.
I would prefer to sell completely functional product, if you have a gas block or sight assembly and other parts we would be happy to use them, but assemble, drill and test fire to ensure not only operation but to keep QC within our spec.

If you have a non conventional profile you want and we need to wrie a program to turn it, yes the cost will be higher. If the profile you want is 1 that we have the program for and no additional programming is required the cost remains constant.
As`I mentioned, the cost of the barrel includes the nut and front sight/gas block assembly. Other parts are available at additional cost.

The reason I ask is I still want to re-barrel my AR180B. I suppose just a chambered blank with the barrel extension is all I'd need. I could profile it myself.

I am very interested, going to definitively order a 11.5, Rick what kind of ETA are we looking at? What manufacture of bolts are we looking at?

Sounds and looks good. Hope you work up a bunch of different profiles since people tend to like a wide variety.

Still can't figure out why people make heavy profile barrels for the shorter lengths. I have an 11.5" Armalite upper and it's a bit of a pig for something that's supposed to be short and handy. I plan on getting it turned down to .740 under the handguards in the future.

ETA: Forgot to ask, what grade stainless are the blanks, 416?

Here is the 20" that is ready to ship to a patient client.

Leg Both Rock Creek and Lilja whose blanks we are using are 416R stainless steel

Install a PWS gas piston conversion and that would be pefect.... :)

Barrels are going to make you money. Whats the 223 Wilde chambering about?
