Hello,
I know the 760, 7600 and model six are all remingtons pump version but can any one tell me the difference between the six and 7600??
I am looking at the .243 and .308s
CT tanx in advance

I hunt with a buddy that has one chambered in .270 Win. and it is a tack driver for sure, I don't have a lot of experience with pump action rifles, but this one seems to lock up nice and tight without the rattles that I hear so much about in these rifles.

Yes, it is an enhanced version of the 7600.

Has the cheek piece and the forearm is different. There is a indentation along the top that I find very comfortable.

Most Rem Pumps shoot very well.

I have only seen a few Model Six's though, you are pretty fortunate to have the choice between a 243 and 308.

I would love to find one in a 6mm Rem.
