c7 rear flip sight

no i'm talking about the original type sight befor they got rid of the carry handle. flip apature one lg for btl 200m and under & one sml for 200m and over. need the whole assembly aprature, windage screws and wheel. unless anyone no's if a m16a2 apature will fit a a1 screw for the windage? my a1 has the same system but the apratures on the flip sight are the same size. want to replace it or the whole assembly to the lg btl sight and the sml distance sight. thanks fella's.

yes sir. i had thought about changing just the aprature. but wasn't sure if the windage screw is the same as a a2. if i'm going to hunt crap down i like to get what i need the first time. specialy after the termoil i had over a front triangular handgaurd cap. if you can find parts in the u.s. that will send to canada there sold out. the few canadian companies i no of carry mostly modern flat top m4 type stuff. thanks

It's not the "communist canuckistan" fault that we can't get stuff shipped over the border. That would be the fault of communist USickstan.

True, but if we didn't have all the ignorant gun hating a$$hats and associated laws there would be a greater market up here to garner support from those down south. Lots of vendors won't ship to Canada due to the leg work involved. I'm not talking about just gun stuff either.

yah its a real kick in the nuts. all ####s and giggles. 90 % of the stuff, there is no need for bans or import tax's. also i don't understand why a canadian company hasn't picked up manufacturing gun parts. would make a killing. i no i would buy canadian befor anyone. i guess those days are over. with global trading and china massing everything from food to car parts. give me the 1950's or 60's hell i would be happy with the early 80's. i think i just busted a blood vessal.

There again, with a small market and shrinking by the day. What Canadian companies(aside from the usual suspects on here, Questar, CanAm, Dlask, ATR) are willing to venture into the firearms market. Add to that the BS of our government and their gestapo.

Its tough to alter ones opinion or like of firearms. Its much easier to alter their options for possessing one.

realy? you can have my first born for it......some were in germany i think.

kidding. that would be great. if there is anything you need pm me.

You're referring specifically to the C7 aperture used on the issued BUIS. It's different than most of the others, more of a large ghost ring and smaller peep for more accuracy. You could try the XS same plane rear sight, very similar. A2 rear sights have two apertures for different distances, 0-200 and 300+ and they're the same size, doesn't sound like what you're looking for.

I built three of those 200/300 flip sights for my flat-top.
Unfortunately I suppose you're talking about an old A1 fixed upper.
