It's that time of year again...for the TRESPASSERS to start their BS AGAIN.

Why can't people respect property lines?

I checked my trail-cam today, and look a TRESPASSER. I'm not sure if he is scouting deer or a cash cropper...but at least he didn't steal my camera.

Anyone know this guy...Cornwall area? PM is OK

LOL.... I had caught my dads neighbor snooping around his land on the trail cam this year too.

Cant hide from the Camera!

Ditto on checking with the cops. If he is on your land, what is he doing there? If he has a private cash crop plot in the back swamp, maybe the cops would like to know? One thing might lead to another.

To me it looks like he has clippers in one hand and a net bag containing mushrooms in the other hand???....still a trespasser is a trespasser caught a guy on my cam last year snooping on our farm :(

it looks like he already found the herrb garden .dont look bright enough to hunrt the deer population .DUTCH

we have the same problems in the same area.(just outside of cornwall) they come in and pick all the wild garlic early summer. one of our hunters in the group saw someone running from one of our treestands one day during gun season a couple of years back. he was sitting in my stand!!!! a$$hole$

Time of the year for the "mighty and rich land barons mentality" people, to get hyper and go on sick power trips and hunt and chase shadows of "bad" people off their land.

So what are you going to do when you find out who he is ? How can you prove this this chunk of land is your ? It's looks like any other piece of forrest anywhere. He might very well succesfully sue you for harrasments by jumping the gun, and claim that this particular piece of land is yours. Is is fenced and posted properly ? Or has he just innocently lost his way ?

I will advice you to remove this picture and unproven claim that this gentleman is "trespassing". If any harm comes his way due to his picture is posted by you, and your (false) claim that he is a criminal, you could lose a lots of money in damages, you would have to pay him and his family. This picture you have posted, and unproven claims against this gentleman in this picture can ruin your life. If he is harmed any way, because of your posting, you would, among others, lose your rights to own guns.

Glad that British Columbia is 95 % Crown Land :)

Not sure you would need those kind of clippers ( looks like pruners) for mushrooms, but they would work well for snipping buds off weed plants. It is the season for that.

Thats what i think also.
Go take a walk on your property, when you are in @ 50 yards or so of
some plants, the smell will be very noticable.
Then report the finding to the local LEO,
let them set their own trail cam.

back to snowhunter..........

are you for real? I mean, the guy has a trail camera ON HIS PROPERTY, and this TRESPASSER is caught in the act of trespassing on PRIVATE PROPERTY.

or maybe you are just partaking in that famous BC cash crop to suggest that a CANADIAN PROPERTY OWNER does not have the right to the unfettered enjoyment of his own property? I mean, really, "high and mighty land barons?" Get real or get sober, or both, and take your drivel about law suits someplace where they might entertain crap like that. You could start here:

Or maybe you are just making a joke. Right, it's a joke? HA HA HA. :p
